Experienced Solar Sales Closer

Experienced Remote or Brisbane High Commission

We're looking for an experienced Solar Sales Closer to work on high-intent inbound and outbound appointments generated through our Marketing and Sales campaigns. You'll be speaking with warm residential and commercial prospects who already understand the basics — your job is to guide them through the final decision.

What You'll Do

  • Run structured sales conversations over phone and video
  • Handle objections and clearly explain solar solutions and offers
  • Work from a calendar of qualified appointments and follow-ups
  • Update CRM notes and move deals through defined stages
  • Collaborate with Apextra and client-side teams to share feedback from the field

You'll Be A Great Fit If

  • You have proven experience closing solar deals (B2C and/or B2B)
  • You're confident, ethical and comfortable in compliance-heavy environments
  • You're organised, reliable and strong with follow-through
  • You're open to coaching and enjoy refining your craft
Location: Remote or Brisbane-based (onshore)
Income: High-commission role with strong earnings potential based on performance (details discussed at interview)
